Default Last year Gillette made a DE razor

I'll try a more general question, and merely ask if someone knows of the last year that Gillette (Procter & Gamble) made a Double Edge razor? I have 2 links to show that it was in 1998, but no one seems to be able to really confirm this.

I might even go a little more specific and ask what year Gillette stopped making the TTO Super Adjstable? I have a 1982 TTO with black diamond pattern on the handle. Looks like I'm the only one that has shaved with it, so it's in excellent shape.

    A few pics of my 1977 (X-4) and 1982 (C-2) razors.

Date code on the inside. 1977 4th Quarter

Date code on the inside. 1982 2nd Quarter

Showing both made in U.S.A. I tried to capture the diamond knurling on the 1982 handle, but it is definitely different than the 1977. When you see these differences on web picture it should be a clue to the years they were made.

    Cool!

I bought my Dad a mid 70's Superspeed, and I've got a Shick Krona from around that Era. they were all built like tanks.
