Nothing in the packaging was damaged, the razor box showed no sign of crushing. I just opened everything and found the crack. The area with the crack was also avoided in the pictures he displayed...

As far as I can tell, the blade has not been touched.

If I were to keep the razor, how could I go about putting custom scales on it, and how expensive would it be?

I just recieved his message through paypal-

He is claiming that the item was undamaged prior to delivery, and that it may have somehow been damaged while inside the razor box wrapped in bubble...

I'm not so upset about the small chip on the bevel, I know that can be fixed, but the bottom rear scale is cracked to the pin.
