    Thanks for the info, I'll check into getting somebody to hone it for me. How can you tell that it's been honed previously? Is it because of the marks on the tang?

    New to straight razors and wondering if this was a good purchase?

    I'm just getting into straight razor shaving and I decided to purchase a razor to begin with.
    I purchased this Clauss Fremont straight razor off of ebay and was wondering whether I got a good deal....
