as i cant get a strop for the next couple weeks ( shipping to aus takes ages ) i have tried using my really nice thick leather belt.

It made a huge differance, the blade is still not perfect, but...

Oh and yes, Btbam is completely about the band.

Third shave down, 0 cuts/nicks

But the shave is not amazingly close, i think this is the blade needing a strop, badly.
Unfortunatly i dont have one.


And Classic shaving is out...

Ok second shave down. tried with my left hand.. some parts easier.. some precision parts much harder :(

I also tried ATG. It did work well in some places, i did cut myself in around my adams...

I used my prominant Right hand for the entire shave, i dont think id feel comfortable using my left hand, but will have to give a try!

Well its done. Honestly i was a little scared but i think ive had a pretty amazing first straight razor shave.

To be honest i only shave from my jaw line down, as i like to keep stubble...
