I don't remember the brand on that one with teh 'Extra Hollow Ground" on the blade, but it's still my fave of the three. I really like that one.

I agree. That's my fave as well. If I wasn't sitting all the way on the other side of the continent, I'd buy that one and get it touched up nice.
