Now learn to enjoy your great razor. Buy some Autosol polishing cream, some of it applied to a Q-tip should get rid of those spots easily. -

Just my opinion, but I think you are waaaay too...
Just my opinion, but I think you are waaaay too picky here, pretty much all carbon steel razors will eventually get stains like that, depending on your water quality.
