The thing about cops busting in to your house and checking, I thaught the EXACT same thing.

It apparently is also illegal in Pennsylvania, Denver, Boston, and San Diego as well.

I live in good ol' Texas. The problem I have is buying, or owning a straight razor in Texas is illegal. If I were to order one online, would it not be shipped? I would like to know a little more...
