I got two really nice 8/8 W&B this past weekend.

I just won a filly 12 and 13, a dorko, 4 pearl tanged bokers, Frederick Reynolds custom, and a puma.

I've also notice I'm able to get a better lather if I squirt a bit of shaving cream in with the soap. Whips up nice...

It wasn't strop paste...it was conditioner for the leather...lol.

I now have over 20 blades. only 5 are shave ready. :blush:

Yesterday I got really luck and picked up a set beautiful 7 day set of soligens in excellent condition. The are choice.

Landed a JR Torrey with a MOP tang and another quality blade.

I got a Torrey with a green pearlish handle and four other Torrey's with black handles of various shapes and sizes.

Also...got a magneto steel razor...anyone ever hear of that?

Could a pasted strop be used to get some of the razors I purchased shave ready? These are the razors that haven't been honed professionally yet...or are pasted strops used only to "refresh" the...

I bought a boker 1056. Those razors are incredible looking. If it shaves half as well as the 281 I shaved with earlier...it'll be a beast.
