Neah...I got two more actually and this is my good strop. I think a light sanding should be allright. No way am I letting a good fifty dollar strop go down the flusher.:)

This is a very small flap(very small) so I thought I would just sand it and dress it. I'll let ya know how it turns out.:)

So I have a brand new russian strop and already have one very mild nick flap. I was thing of taking fine sand paper and gently sanding it out and then rub some dressing on it to blend it in ....
