Hello everyone, Hope all is well.. So im wondering if anyone knows or is in personal contact with Utopian (Ron) @ realrazors.. First and foremost i hope he is ok or something is not wrong.. I ask because i sent him 2 razors to be honed in June.. Ive inquired anout them a few times and have got a response of sending them out tomorrow kind of thing but the last few emails have not been responded to... So if anyone has any info id greatly appreciate it... You can PM.. thank you, Scott

Off the top of my head here, but this happened last year too. I think it was around hunting season. Im not a hunter so i dont know if this is hunting season. But i think hes into hunting and was off killing things last time. Could be this again.
Ron is a good guy so i dont think you have anything to worry about. And things happen in life suddenly, could be a personnal issue. This might not make ya feel better about your situation but dont worry. Ron will do ya right in the end.

Ron is also a mentor and a very well respected member, so I would imagine something is not quite right because I'm more than sure he would have definitely contacted you, hang around I'm 100% sure answers will follow.

I've noticed he hasn't posted recently. Hopefully everything is well with him. There is probably a member here that will be able to call/email and get in touch with him. He has been honing for people a long time so you will definitely get them back. I'm sure it is frustrating though, especially if those are your only shavers.

I've had the pleasure of meeting Ron at the Wisconsin meets. I don't have any contact info, but I know he's typically a man with alot on his plate, but rest assured he'll get back to you.

If you're in pressed need for a keen blade and I can shoot ya a loaner since you're just over the lake and should be there quick. Just shoot me a PM and I can get it out Saturday.

Waiting for two razors to be honed since June is a LONG time! Period. Then again, no matter how thin you make the pancake there is always two sides.

Thanks for the replies gentlemen... I waited this long to post anything about my razors because... 1) Ive never had any problems loaning, sending out for work, buying, trading, etc with any member here.. 2) Ron is a well respected .member (gentlemen)... 3) I tend to be a pretty trusting person... So believe me it was not easy for me to put that post out.. @ randydance.. thank you for sending a text to Ron on my behalf.. Im certain all is good and just hope things are OK with Ron...
