    Default I think it's here!

I just got a notice from the Post office, a package has arrived for me.

I've been quite silent here lately, things haven't been going that well on the SR shaving. I'm still having a lot of problems (but not giving up!). I ordered a new razor, so I could see what a newly-honed razor is like to shave with. I'm hoping that this will tell me if it's just my technique, or if it's my current razor/honing that's the issue.

Anyway, is it okay to *squeeeee!* like a little girl when I open the box of my new razor? Is that frowned upon?

I'll post pictures tonight if I do get it.

Please - I leave work if I'm getting something SR related in the mail
Any and all celebrating is warranted. Keep it manly

Hooting and howling is totally acceptable!!

So are dancing and locking yourself in the bathroom for an hour.

You are allowed to fondle it in public, flaunt it, post pictures of it, by itself or with any other related or unrelated items.

    Have fun!

please will you explain where you got your current razor. and do you know who honed the razor in the post office?

dont practise honing yourself on the new razor, it will only go one way unless you a very lucky

I got my current razor from another member here at SRP. I had issues with it from the get go, and I've met up with him to try re-honing it.
We had some success, but it was still difficult. I'm still having those difficulties. The new razor was bought from Phil at classicedge.ca, and from what I have been able to read from reviews, should be honed very well.

Having aquired about 7 razors from Phil, I can safely say that it will be honed to perfection.

    Enjoy

iPhone pictures don't do it justice, but here it is anyway. I should actually use my large format camera for this (you can see it in the background of one of these). Raaaaawr!!! I'm so excited to shave!
