    Default Greetings

    Hello All!

Just introducing myself is all, not sure how many Canucks are active on the forum.

Kinda/sorta new to DE, ultimately though I have my eyes on the straight razor.

Looking forward to learning all that I can here.

    Cheers!

    Greetings fellow Canuck,
I made the transition from DE to straights and have never looked back. If you are patient and put in the effort to acquire the skill it will pay great dividends. Enjoy!

I am making the transition from cartridge safety razors to shavettes. My ultimate goal is to master the shaving technique then use a straight. It's scary to start with, but the confidence soon builds up.

Inbetween, I use an electric shaver as a direct replacement for the cartridge safety razor (Gilette Fusion). Not my intention to shave every day with a straight/shavette, but to enjoy the experience when I have the time.

There are a good number of Canucks floating around, from different parts of the country. Welcome!
I have a straight, but I use a DE to finish up, because I'm not good enough to pull off the chin/neck area.

    All in due time.
