    Default First 3 Pass Shave

Hey Gents, my name is Andrew. I'm new to using a straight blade. I've been doing a full shave for about a week and been having great results. No razor burn or anything, which is unusual for me. So yesterday I got a wild hare going and decided to try a 3 pass shave. I only had two small cuts, but, it came out bbs except right on the chin. The razor I'm using has a lot of sentimental value. It was my great grandfathers, who was a barber. It's a 1950's Wilbert. I had it restored a while ago and wanted to learn how to use it. Now, I think I'm hooked for life.Name: 2023.jpg

Nice razor, congrats on your first 3 passer.
Mastering implies there is nothing more for you to learn of something... I prefer proficient enough to not totally screw it up.
