Thread: Well I am never going back now.

So this weekend I went on a trip and I decided I wanted to do an experiment. Instead of bringing my straight like I normally would on a trip I only brought my emergency/last resort cartridge razor, a Gillette fusion, and see how it compares. So my facial hair got to the point I would normally shave it at with a straight. I did everything like I normally would, shower/hot towel/lather/etc. and began shaving. To my surprise and the conclusion to my experiment. The Gillette fusion really didn't shave my beard at all. Maybe a little bit, but nothing worth shaving that day for. Just thought I would share I find it kind of interesting, what I considered acceptable not to long ago to what I consider acceptable now. Have a great Sunday!

Maybe you didn't scrape hard enough or perhaps you forgot to beat the hair out of it against the sink or scrub it out with a brush.

So you got a new travel kit for your straight eh ?

I was thinking of doing this at some point. Not for any period of time, but switch up the shave just to look back and see what I'm missing. haha
