Default My first "inspection" worthy shave

Got my first shave tonight that I'd comfortably go to work with and can't believe I did this good with my new straight. Some inspiration for me and anyone else just starting out. I think this is my 6th shave.

If you did that with only straight razor, you're doing very well, I could not have done that on my 6th shave without the DE. Congrats! Double O

I tend to be very careful...and there are several small nicks in there that don't show up much in the pic. But either way, I couldn't be more pleased with the progress at this point. The only real spot I'm still having a bit of a tough time with is going over then under my chin...but it'll come.

    Hi Wxman ,

Good job on the shaves, tip for this, if you stretch your skin from above, shave then stretch from below, shave that should allow you to reach more difficult areas.

That is very good for first starting out. I had cut me up some cat whiskers years ago when i started.
