Default How to Straighten warped horn scales?

I picked up some razors back in July that were in pretty rough shape in hopes of cleaning them up, having them professionally honed and made shave ready. I have this one, a Wade & Butcher, that has warped scales. Is there a way to fix this? If it involves removing the pins, I don't know how to do so yet so any advice is appreciated.

    Thanks!

Be careful not to break a scale while flexing it back to straight. I did that with one. Woe.
