    Thanks. I have made MANY videos and have dealt with plenty of criticism (on other edge topics). It goes with the territory....and I have enough kids to realize I am far from perfect

    I edited out a comment I made (when I sped things up the sound was lost). I stated that I know that I should flip with the spine down, instead of the edge down...but I have sharpened so many knives this way that I think I will never change this habit. I am sure there are other things I did "wrong" and my results were still good. I ABSOLUTELY welcome you and others to point out what I did "wrong" either here or in the comments on YouTube. Like you said, we can all learn from one another...and those sort of criticisms are invaluable for beginners that might try and use this as a guide (God help them!).
