Thread: First Straight Shave Went Amazing

It was really intimidating at first but I got through the my whole face and neck doing a WTG pass. It took a little while to figure out how to shave the neck and chin but eventually got to it. I didn't get a super close shave but I'm glad I got to do each part. I finished it off with a DE (third time using it) doing an XTG pass for a near BBS. I'll definitely keep on using the straight. Now if only my facial hair didn't take 3 days to grow a stubble!

Just want to say thanks to everyone who's answered my questions directly or contributed to the knowledgeable threads I've read. I know that's pretty much every forum member here but I really feel like SRP is one of those awesome and rare forums on the internet where people are very knowledgeable and are very happy to share that knowledge.

Glad that you finally made it through the first full pass! next i would work on the XTG and that might help you eliminate the DE if you need 3 days for stubble then a wtg and xtg might be all you need. usually i do all three but i shave daily ... in a pinch or if I'm feeling lazy i skip the ATG. and days i feel depressed... i skip shaving altogether.
