Jack, this has been a wonderful thread. I remember reading it as I, myself, started out straight shaving in February and following your posts with anticipation. I remember wondering what you were going to try next, and then trying some of the same items and comparing my experiences to yours. You have, in fact, mentored me by maintaining this chronicle. Thank you.

Thanks, Ed, I'm glad you're enjoying both the thread and the razor. It was tough to part with, but knowing it is being enjoyed makes it alright

Great thread, one of the first i read too, helped alot i think, haven't kept count, but roughly 40 shaves in and lovin it still. Each gets better(usually), would recommend reading it to anyone new to straits.
