    Greetings, Everyone!

    I just ordered my second straight razor, a hone, and a strop over at whippeddog and thought I'd re-introduce myself to the community. I tried straight razor shaving about a year and a half ago, and then decided recently to try and tackle it again. To be fair, I didn't give it nearly enough time and practice the first time!

    Hopefully this time around it will be better!

    You couldn't have gotten a better deal than from whippeddog. This time, ASK questions if your struggling. These guys all put up with my crap for months. They are the best group for keeping you in the game until you get it.

    Welcome back!!! I look forward to hearing about some of your experiences shaving. Talking about it gives others incentive, and a different perspective on the struggles, and remember that you are not alone, we all started somewhere. I'm just barely crawling out of newbie stage as I type.
