Lightbulb I wish I could hate this obsession but I can't

You all probably have had the moments where somebody catches you at work feeling up your own face...at least I hope most of you have. I had my best shave yet last night in the brief few weeks I've been at it and it happened today. I thought it was funny because I felt like my mom had walked in on me abusing myself. Though it has also been told to me that this quest for a less painful shave has become a legitimate hobby in fact I'm pretty sure I have the onset of RAD personally I'm cool with it. I really wanted to post this thread to thank everybody here for all the great advice and support and to brag a bit about my shave I know my pride means I'll probably be using up my styptic pencil next shave but I don't care it wasn't perfect but it was irritation free and I didn't pick up my mach 3 once and that is a milestone to me. I'm already contemplating my next blade and what stones I want to get. I even found myself at 1 of the local antique shops digging for razors. I didn't find any but I did find a nice ceramic dish with lid for my shave soap.

    Thanks guys and gals Cheers

    Congrats!

I believe the term you're looking for is faceturbating. I do it after every shave while thinking to myself, "Wow! That was awesome!"

Also, just remember that slow and steady wins the race.

In this place, hot and heavy can drain the wallet pretty quick.

Best of luck to you and your public facesturbation!

That's funny, I can say that I have been caught more than once and I know what you mean.
Wait until you walk up to people you know asking them to try it.
The next step after that is walking up to people you don't know asking them to feel your face, then you find yourself in prison, then your life goes in the pits.

I would suggest sending all of your razors to me before this happens.

Seriously, I have asked people to touch my face, you get the strangest looks. Its fun.

I regularly tell my wife to touch my face. Lately it's more of a pherimone than anything else.

I usually keep this mug for the enjoyment of myself and SWMBO

Sadly I already have had several coworkers feeling it up and I tried to get my best friend but she said no and then she said I was nuts I reminded her she already knew that and she just said she still wasn't touching my face. for the most part though I've refrained from spending big I think all told I'm out $140 so far and I'm well supplied for at least the next year my next purchase will be a stone or 2 then the quest for razors to restore will begin

I applaud your ability to make that entire paragraph without using any punctuation!

Well time to get all defensive I suppose first a legitimate point there were in fact 4 punctuation marks in that paragraph 3 apostrophes and 1period also as a 29 year old legitimate geek most of my communication is in text messages or chats thus inherently short and without punctuation also as an engineer im quite unaccustomed to writing anything that requires more than a period at the end and finally the sun was in my eyes I do honestly apologize for the atrocious grammar of my posts its really simple laziness on my part but I intentionally avoided as much punctuation as I could with this 1 just for you I got the notification about that post and had a good belly laugh thanks ill try harder next time

Well you might be 29, but you write like a 10-year old!

To be serious, please don't be lazy and write in that awful style if you want to be taken serious, this isn't a text message or a chat room.

My English is far from perfect in any way (not my first language as well, obviously enough), but I at least try to write in a readable fashion, in respect for those who bother to read it.
