Well you may have some battle wounds, but at least you got a decent shave. I say GOOD JOB!! No whiskers and your head is still attached. Rock on!

It's bad when one has to avoid shaving parts of his face while things heal but wants to shave and inadvertently scrapes the scabs off.

Not me, I heard about it from a friend...

    Thumbs up Not Too Bad.

You got through it. Things will only get better.

On my first shave, I did a deep 2" vertical slash right in front of each ear with a spike razor. Even with a styptic pencil, it took each one about 15 minutes to quit bleeding. With about 125 shaves completed, I am beginning to get control of my razors. Of course, as soon as I get complacent, one of the more blood-thirsty razors will bite me. Someone on SRP said that once a razor tastes blood, it will never be satisfied. It will become a vampire razor. LOL!

    Wish you great shaves!

Good job! Cuts are part of the learning process. You will find that you learn more from the mistakes you make than from the things you do correctly.

I did the same thing when starting out.

We learn fast when something like this happens.

Keep us updated on your shaves.

    I wish you the best.
