    Default On The 2nd Day.......

..the Razor Gods said, "Let there be blood!"
and the blood flowed from the mounds of the Cheek to the valley of the Chin.
The blood was red and the blood was mine.

My second day was a mixed bag.
I used a different lather. I used Nomad creme. No preshave oil. The razor seemed to fight the whiskers down the left side of the face. I stroped in mid shave, before the right side and the difference was night and day. Much smoother. I even got most of the chin and half of the lip.
I was so confident, that I laid the razor on the cheek, the way you slap mortar on a brick wall ; the blood began to flow.

Finished the chin and lip with adisposablee. I'm getting there.
I tried "Libriderm" lotion on my faceafterwordss and the raw feeling went away in five minutes. It actuallyfelty better than the "Art of Shaving" after shave creme, that I used the first time.

I let a day go by, between shaves. my face seemed to need it.
    Any thoughts?

    I am little confuse.
did you strop before you start to shave? or you remmeber only after shaving half of your face? then strop and get a better shave?
there is a reason i am asking this.
i like your attitude just keep fighting you will get there.
i have a little doubt about blades shave readiness .

I shaved the first half of my face. It was as rough as the first shave, day before yesterday, I stopped and stroped the razor about 20 to 30 strokes.
The razor seemed much smoother on the other side of the face. I think that the strop helped and maybe the time the lather spent on the rest of the face helped also.

I started shaving without stroping. I only had 1 shave on the razor.
