    Default Tricky Spots..

So I've been using a straight for about 3 weeks now, and I find my technique steadily improving. I've gotten the amount of pressure and blade angle right, and my shaves are getting better and better, although they do take a very long time to complete

I'm just having some problems shaving my moustache area and chin. Because of the contours there, I'm having trouble stretching the skin taught and even when I do it still tugs and pulls. I can't really find a good angle of attack at those areas.

If you guys can suggest any tips or resources i can consult that would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

The chin is always the most difficult area...I always leave it for last and then use my thumb on one side and finger on the other and sort of push outwards to get the skin taught and then use very short strokes. The moustache area is sometimes tougher for me..for some God given reason I have very soft skin up there and no matter what I do can't seem to stretch it fully so just e few extra WTG passes works for me. Basically though you just have to experiment and find what works for you...its part of the fun. Hope this helps
