There is probably more in your state than you realize. They probably have not posted their location yet or even know the map is there.

I can place myself on the map but I'm unable to see any others, even if I click on someone from the list users and click on show on map I see nothing at all? Tried different browsers, nothing.

I agree. I know that my great great grandfather taught his son, then he in turn taught my grandfather, but my grandfather switched to DE's after Korea, and my dad has always shaved with safety razors or electrics. Thankfully I've got the same razors, but unfortunately I've got no one to pass on the knowledge. I feel confident watching vids online and reading guides, but I know that talking to someone face to face about technique/honing would be a lot better.

Unfortunately I can't get any markers to show up on the map either. It doesn't matter how far I zoom, or where I'm looking, there are no markers on the map. Would love to see this as a sticky on the beginner's page if we could get the map working.

Takes it a while to load almost a thousand markers, but it is working for me now. Too bad no one within a few hours drive for me. Maybe some others will log their locations if we get this in a sticky?

Now it works at least for me. Looking quite lonely at this corner of the world.

Great thing. Posting the location of fellow Str8 users. I think it will also help for the guys trying to get ppl together for the meets. Looks like I got 12 ppl to email.
