Koosh, you could do a WHOLE lot worse than ordering from Larry at Whipped Dog. He's great for n00bs like us, he has selections in the $30's that are well-known vintage razors. They aren't pretty, but they are awesome. Besides, you can always clean up the blade and rescale later, if need be. At least he'll get you started on the right foot. I know he did for me, and I'd gladly recommend him to anyone.

There are way too many to list! But if it is made in Germany, the US, Britian, Sweden, or Spain, you should be alright.

Larry at whipped dog razors is a great guy, he's a member here as matter of fact. His deals are great and he really is one of the best around. His aim is to get newbies to try new razors, and at a budget price so you can try anything from his site and it is guarenteed to be shave ready, and none of his razors are cheaply made, all high quality, i have used him, and would reccomend him over and over. As fars which to try, if you dont know anything about any of them, just pick one really, the differences are all a matter of preference. Personally, i'd choose the Brocker. But, like i said its all a matter of preference. Hope it helps.
