9:30am 10:30 and 10:49 nothing does any one know were I can talk to a human?

when trying to pick a Razor and Strop at SRD it gives me option of 2 Strops? I'm not sure I understand witch is best for me. I need some help please

Called SRD again found some one he was very helpful, took the time to answer all my questions, I did not know that theirs 2 people on staff that take questions so they were not able to get back with me right away but I’m a customer for life.
