Default New guy here - from Vancouver Island

    Hi Folks,

I've been humming and hawing about when to jump in here. I joined back in November and have been an active reader and I really enjoy the site. I and am an exclusive straight razor user - about two years. I have about 30 straights - the usual stuff: Iwasaki, Filarmonicas, Le Grelots, Gencos, and so on, and I consider myself pretty darn good on the ol hones too. I have a pretty bad case of SRAD, SSAD, SCAD, ADHD, etc, and I am a pretty good enabler as well!
I am looking forward to being a part of your community.

    Cheers!

    Dave

Welcome to SRP. It sounds like you already have a pretty decent collection going. And it sounds like you have all the basics covered (acquisition disorder wise that is ). Glad to hear that you have decided to jump in and chat with the folks here. Even if you aren't looking to pick anything up you can help out some of the newer folks on their journey.

    Welcome Aboard
    Michael

    Welcome to SRP!

It sounds like you already have everything going well to me, including the requisite AD's..! Dont fight them, they are your friends, and we always need more enablers as well...! Hehe!

We're glad to have you with us!

Welcome aboard. The real question is "are you married", and "how much grief do you get for all of your ADs"?

My ADs are just kicking in and I got a good talkin to last night

Thanks for the welcomes! I am just only recently single but I know for a fact it had nothing to do with the countless hours I've spent shaving, honing, researching, talking, antique store shopping, ebay.........

Yes we're all a bit nuts but that's what support groups are for - we're all nuts together!

There is a good tone around this site that I really like!

    Smile Welcome, Dave

There are a few BCians around now. We should have a little Powwow sometime.

    Anyhow, enjoy!
