    Yes sorry about the speed just go slow, like a second and a half there and a second and a half back would even be fine. Remember very light touch, and make sure the spine is in contact at all times (in the event you don't keep the blade flat, better the spine and not the edge rather than the edge and not the spine....)

    I stropped the butter knife, then the razor, and the razor does seem sharper. All of the instructions y'all have given are very helpful - thanks!
