I heard it too... I assumed he was tapping the spine to get the Lather/hair off of the blade, rather than rinsing it... At least he's keeping the pivot dry >.>

I am fairly new to straight shaving and I have never nicked myself that bad, even while attempting while somewhat intoxicated! Bet he would be fun to party with though!

the blood o the blood....
i have only been shaving for 6 or so months and i have not cut myself that bad but ofcourse i dont drink a whole bottle of booze when i shave.
