Thread: Looking to get a sr set up Please help!!!

I live in a suburb of Toledo Ohio and am very interested in buying a sr set up and learning how to get a better shave. The problem I'm finding is I would like to buy all this at a store but I have no idea what stores would carry straight razors and good strips and brushes. If anyone has any advice I would love to hear what you have to say. Thanks. Tyler

The only real honest-to-goodness stores would be The Art of Shaving. They have stores around the country. Google it and see what comes up in your area. I will second DP's suggestion, as well as suggest looking in SRP's classifieds. Guys selling stuff on there know what they're doing and it's usually a great price for what you're getting! Straight Razor Designs was in Medina, OH, if I recall correctly. (as well as in net).

Maybe you could plan a day-trip there? You'd probably leave with more pointers than from just ordering from the net. Also, you'd be able to choose cream and scent better.

Thanks for the tips guys I will check to see if they are In medina which is about 2 hours away. Which isn't bad I'm just a person who likes to buy things in person. Thanks for the feedback ao far!!
