where does one buy pins from ?

Classic shaving sells replacement pins, but most guys here buy brass or nickel rod and do it themselves (myself included)

Thank you stubear, have managed to track some 1/16 brass rod. Now just need to find the right size rings/washers, preferably here in the UK, any ideas from where ?
