Welcome to the board, as a newbie myself I too am still learning. I purchased a strop from Tony Miller and it is awsome! Good luck with the straights.

I have been bitten, will never go back. There is just too much enjoyment in straight shaving. It used to be a chore to shave but now I look forward to it.

welcome,
i have been shaving since march and i would have made a mess of it all if it had not been for the great members here. do not be afraid to ask questions and lots of them. you will get an answer here and fast. i have never seen a better forum for someone interested in SR. my only advice is to go slowly as it is a learning process and you will find you enjoy shaving more each time, and you will start to look forward to each shave. there is one other thing that will probably happen to you and that is RAD, it is not a bad thing, just enjoy
