Shouldn't be too bad. Looks like someone must have repaired the end at some point. What is the edge length?? If close to 3 inch, should be otay.

Those style of scales are the older type but I have never seen real wood with bolsters like that. I would guess they are celluloid but you never know so you'll find out when you get it. Probably some cleanup and some minor restoration and you should have a fine shaver.
