Default Newbie: what to do about milia?

Hi all. I started shaving in junior high school with a DE. I used the DE through high school and college. Then I jumped onto the Gillette double-blade bandwagon for 35 years, finally staying with the Sensor Excel. Six months ago, I took up DE shaving again. The skill came back very quickly, and I'm getting fantastic shaves! I thought I'd give SR shaving a try. My first shave was with a DOVO shavette (how do you get that red sleeve out easily?). Unfortunately, I have several milia aka milk spots (Milia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) on my cheeks. The DOVO took those suckers right off, resulting in a somewhat bloody face. I had the same problem with Feather blades in my DE. I'd really appreciate any coaching you can offer. Thanx much!

Well on the bright side your milia might not grow back since you went surgical on them. Well according to the wiki link you posted anyways.

Any kind of pimples ore bumps are gunna get cut. I don't see a way around that but maybe someone else on the board can help you out.
