already got it. I have already allocated the next few months savings to shaving stuff. I got into wetshaving nearly a year ago as a way to save money. Man, was I wrong; it worked fine for the first several months, but now I am buying left and right and spending more time on ebay than I care to. I have always been anti-fragrance, mainly due to allergies, but lately I have been using a plethora of odors post-shave. It is a legitimate sickness.

    Welcome to the club!

Check the classifieds often and the forums at the other place for plenty of wetshaving goodies for very good prices.

I'm going the same thing, just about a half dozen shaves worth of experience. Good luck and glad you're here.
I strop my razor with my eyes closed.

great news. you cant beat a real straight plus all the honing and stropping. it makes for a satisfiying experience when you hone and strop your own blade and get the whole aspect of str8 shaving to come together for a great shave
