    Default Col. Conk hone?

I was curious what the grit is on the col. conk and if it is a good stone to use for your straight razor?

follow the second link in my sig.

hone is about 2500 grit or so, it's an arkansas oilstone.

it has a place in a honing rotation, but be aware they you will prolly have to lap the hell out of it, mine was rather uneven when I got it. watch the video for usage tips.
