Thread: Frist Shave -- Woohoo!

Hey everyone,

I finally got to my first straight shave yesterday and managed to cut myself under my chin a couple times haha. Not too bad but scary. The cheek areas were the easiest the only scary part was laying the blade down across the side burns :P I thought I was gonna cut myself for sure! but it didn't happen.

As far as the shave goes all I can say is wow, my face is smoother than ever!!! (minus the chin area). But now I think the worst part is the waiting to try again haha... gonna have to find something to do while my hair slowly grows back in lol. good thing there's #srp channel!

Great start! It'll get less scary as you become used to the razor in your hand.

Congratulations! As exciting as it is, take your time. There is no need to hurry. It is a skillset you will have to develop with experience. In no time at all, you will have it mastered...

congrats man the chin will take some time it took me a few weeks before i had mine down divide your chin in to small sections and always be aware of your blade angle it will be second nature in no time
