    Default Recovering from my below par stropping :-(

    Hi all . A bit of a newbe question . If any one has read my thread FIRST SHAVE in the newbe section , you might have read that i might have rolled the edge or blunt the edge threw poor stropping. Well my question is i have a natural 12k chineese water stone , would 50 to 100 passes on that be ideal to fresh'n up my razor ? Can i also say a big thank you to everyone on here for your help and advice. You are all invited to my local for a beer ! Ill keep you posted after tonights shave

    I don't know, I've never fixed rolled edge.

    I would only use 20 at a time, up to whatever it takes. Strop between iterations and see how it goes.
