    Default How can it be so slow..

    How can it possibly take 22 days to ship a package from Maryland to New Brunswick, Canada.
    It's only a 15 hour drive!!!!
    I just can't believe how awful USPS and Canada Post are.

    Next time I think I'm just going to walk there and pick it up in person.

    Customs may be the issue!

    I always get itchy waiting for parcels. 22 days - that is quite some time to wait - have you contacted the seller?

    yeah, apparently he sent it out on the 5th. I know he didn't pick the fastest service but still this is nuts. It wasn't a seller but rather a member from B&B.

    And it's both ways...

    It can take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks when they send me a package from Canada and my customers in Canada usually have to wait the same amount of time.

    I send a parcel to anywhere in Europe and it arrives in 7 to 10 days.

    It makes no sense that such industrialized countries can be so slow at doing something that's been around for ages.

    I'm just getting real tired of stroping my razor on a belt. I'd like to try with a real strop.

    I just had the same experience.Bought an e-bay razor and it took 21 days from Windsor,Ontario to me in northern NY state. It's about 12 hours away. The seller did advise me beforehand that it could take 14 to 21 days due to customs.

    sometimes they get delay at customs

    you can send small packages by first class letter mail max 13 onces
    it is faster and cheaper than parcel post

    i think first class = air
    parcel = ground

    Yeah i've been dealing with that scenaorio for a while now and it's funny how it works and not sure why. I can order something online from my area Akron/ Canton Ohio and then have my wife send something the same day and both be priority mail and insured (of Course) the mail order can make it here (Iraq) in sometimes three days now the stuff from the house well one package i have been waiting three months now and it is starting to drive me nuts. but this is a typical thing for us over here. It does get frustrating but I guess patience is a virtue
