    If your user name is any indication, buy a shave ready razor off of the Buy/Sell/Trade section! You wont spend much money and if you decide at some point straights aren't for you then you can resell it here with little hassle!

    This I think is the best answer.

    My first Razor is a Wapi, and from what I hear it's a great first starter, of course your mileage may vary.
