    Default My Ragg has arrived!

Razor number 2 arrived this morning, a John and William Ragg near 7/8 hollow ground, and it's practically brand new. I don't think it's ever seen any use! Mint.

I purchased it from Steve at The Invisible Edge in the UK. Can I just say what an awesome chap he is to deal with

The razor came with a super sharp edge.( I have my Ti that was honed by Lynn for comparison.)

I have to say Steve must be right up there as a honemeister. This thing just tickled the whiskers from my face. It is a dream to shave with and due to it's extra weight makes my Ti feel like a toy.

    Am I happy? Yes. VERY!

I will certainly be keeping an eye on Steve's site for future purchases.

    Thanks Steve.

Here's the pics of my new Ragg razor.

The dark marks are from using it this morning and not polishing it clean. I only dried it

Nice razor. Steve is alright isn't he?
Got two off him myself and he honned my chopper for me - Mr Webster a dirty great mid-victorian cutlass of a wedge. Steve says it was a pig to hone beiing a curved wedge, but it's razor sharp now !! and great as it's so heavy you can just drop it down your face to shave.
    Good luck M
