We'd all like to know who on Ebay is stating that they're selling "shave ready" razors both for the good and the bad reasons that are possible.

No problem ChrisL I totally understood what you were trying to say, it's easy outside of SRP to be caught up in accusatory conversations with just about any topic, but the nice thing about this place is a general feel of comfort, and integrity. I can say something here without concern of someone taking it wrong particularly in the newbies forum because there are so many people here trying to help others, it may be that the end result is a flag to make sure a certain persons "shave ready" means have it professionally honed first but the facts and all angle are usually considered first. Someone new to straight razor shaving should always know that there are no stupid questions when you have one of the sharpest blades in the world in your hand and plan on cutting hair off your face and neck with it, noting that the jugular vein is within centimeters of the cutting edge. We are all here to help troubleshoot so keep the questions coming. The folks here at SRP will be more than willing to answer them.
