I am beginning this thread just for my own personal curiosity. I am interested to know how many women are actively on this forum, how you are involved in straight razors, early involvement, etc. I'm new here so please chime in and say hello!

I have always been interested in straights. I began shaving my father, probably because he was the only one who trusted me, when I was really young. I was fascinated with it. He passed away without being able to teach me the art of straights first. I have recently met a veteran to straight razors who is happy to teach me how to shave someone properly... without turning them into a victim of the demon barber of Fleet St. I find it to be a beautiful ritual that is becoming a lost art and it is something I would like to be able to pass on, as well as reward some of the men in my life with a nice shave!

I made my intro in the "project coochie razor" thread, but I suppose I can say hi here, too.

I've always been fascinated by straight razors, but I've never had the pleasure of even holding one, never mind shaving anybody with it. That's going to change soon, since my sweetie got himself a razor and wants me to learn how to use it on him. Before I do that, I'm going to use it on myself (legs) so I can get a feel for angle and pressure.

We need more women on the board. There are plenty of kinksters who have straight razor fetishes... where are all the Dommes who shave their boys?
