Unfortunately new. Looks like I will definitely need to get this blade sorted first. Better to be patient then bleeding.

If you have never used it, and if your photographs represent the actual edge, I would politely ask the vendor for a refund, and get another razor instead. The edge on yours looks (in the photographs, mind you) like it had been put on by someone under the influence.
