I don't shave with straight razors (someday...). I use Gillette. The other day I saw some Target Brand Up&Up razors. They are basically a Gillette copy. No power. No single blade in the back for detailing.

Has anyone used the Target brand razors?
    or...
Has anyone tried dollar shave club? Their best razor has 6 blades. Seems nice and convenient.

    Thanks
is this topic not blasphemy or at least sacrilege? good god man, save yourself. at least get a DE razor like everyone is suggesting and save your soul from eternal damnation.

DE razors will not only be cheaper than anything you can find including dollar shave club, it will be by far the best shave.

Adding my voice to the DE crowd. If you are not going to use a straight then a DE is the next best thing.
By best I mean best shave, best in terms of cost (cheapest), Best for the environment (less waste) etc etc...

I'll chime in as well. Since you're not ready for straight get DE. It's a good bridge. You can get a DE shaver and blades for cheap. You'll get a much better shave.

Me too!, I bet I can get more AND closer shaves with my straight razors than with any old 6 bladed thingamagig!. Plus I betcha the 2 straights I'm using right now cost less than a pack of 6 bladed razors PLUS if mine get a little dull a few swipes on the 8k Norton sharpens them right up. You can't do that with a 6 bladed plastic razor.
