    Default Giving thanks on Thanksgiving

I wanted to give a big general thanks for the warm welcome I have received from this forum. As a beginner to straight razor shaving and honing. I also want to give special gratitude to an all around great guy, Roy aka cudarunner, who typifies the kind of integrity, generosity, and skillfulness that I have found consistently on this site. Roy gives all of himself to this art and to his friends. I am truly grateful to this site for deepening my interest in what has become much more than a hobby and for introducing me to people like Roy.

Wishing everyone a warm post-Thanksgiving weekend.

    Ethan

trifle, I thank you for the compliment and it's been a real pleasure helping you. It has really brought a feeling of satisfaction.

While there are many that post far more than I do to try to help, I do a lot of work behind the curtains and I try to do the best I can, how I can and when I can.

'Shows alot of class, Ethan. We're more geared to be vocal when things go wrong. 'Easy to forget to speak up when things go right or we're well treated, or are surprised by good service.
