"Good Quality". Yes I would definitely avoid buying a shaver that just had that on the side! I also laughed when seeing (any razor made in Pakistan).

I saw an old razor in an antique store and it had no markings or name on it.it was a beast and I wanted it but wasn't sure about buying it since it had no info on it.

Don't do it! Those are best to avoid. The man who hones my shavers has stories about honing those cheap blades.

When the price is right it is worth the risk. I have a no name that rocks, and I've heard others say the same. However it is not a given so there is a the possibility of a dud.
