Wife is Encouraging RAD
After sending my razor off to be honed I was using my shavette which is normally reserved for travel. There is something about me using a real SR that she seems to be obsessed about so she suggested that I get another SR to use when my main razor is being honed. By the end of the conversation she also decided that my synthetic travel brush is not good enough and I need to find a small badger brush.
And so it begins...

Mrs. Moo sees shaving, any kind, as part of the cost of doing business. She seems not to care one way or the other given I am not prone obvious to excess. I think an actual proactive RAD wife is pretty darn cool.

Excellent - buy her something she likes stat, so you start the conditioning that whenever you get new shaving stuff, she get's a new pair of shoes or something!! You're living the dream brother, the dream!!!

I bought a silvertip badger brush from Larry over at Whipped Dog and haven't been disappointed. Awesome price, product and customer service. Take a look. He also has plenty of sight unseen razor for you to buy and practice honing on.
