Hope the someone is a SRP member.
Someone who just has some metal working tools could easily overheat the blade and ruin the tempering.

Don't know if he's a member, but I dont think he just has some metal working tools either. He has an actual shop here called RupRazor. His name is Ken Rupkalvis.

I finally found him. I was looking under RupRazor at first and didnt come up with anything. Thanks for assuring me that he knows what he is doing.
